    I saw these things while driving one day, and i thought i was going crazy… Glad you confirmed the reality of it =). Did you get a chance to find out about them?

    Erik- I am by no means an expert on reality but… I believe these are atop a “props for film” business. I will look further into this. Hope all is well. Best, Frank
