    Frank,

    Great to chat with you. We really did cover a lot of terrain…It’s fun to take a step back and think about all of the interesting things that are happening in the neighborhood, both real, imagined, and potential.

    And Starbucks was positively hopping! Hence our fledgling idea to quench people’s thirst for both coffee and community at some kind of coop/community center/coffee shop. That’s a lot of c’s.

    We can dream.
