    Last week on a photo shoot in Carbondale PA, I had a grilled ham & cheese and a root beer at Pinky’s – a local mainstay.

    I lived just down the block from this store. We called it “the candy store.” As soon as you walked in, there were shelves (at kid height of course) stocked with candy and then the grill and soda machines behind the sit down counter.
