M & O Cigar was located in Denver Colorado and used the “finest” Havana tobacco- yes, that meant a “cuban.”

No, Miles City didn’t have their own cigar maker, as far as I know – but they did have several saloons and cigar stores that carried a variety.

My grandfather owned the M&O Cigar Co in Denver Colorado. Yes, they were Cuban and about 5 cents. The 50 on the stamp was for the taxes on the whole box.

    Hi all,

I just googled the M&O Cigar Co and this site is top on the list. I did this because I found an old cigar band stuck in the joints of a drawer in an old (early 1920’s) A&C buffet that I salvaged out of a house in Colorado that was being torn down. Top line: “Cuban Cigar Co”. Bottom line: “Denver Colorado” Middle: M. & O. About when was this business making cigars and what did M. & O. stan for? Thanks all.
