Evangelicals & Republicans…Isn’t It Time to Give It a Rest? This is a hardsell given how profitable hate has been historically. Homophobia has been the biggest fundraising tool for the radical right since the fear of miscegenation<\/a> and the fight against racial integration.<\/a> Over $400 million tax free<\/a> and homophobia driven dollars have been raised this year alone by the top ten Christian groups according to some recent research<\/a> on the Internet. When will the hypocrisy end? As Joni Mitchell says in Dog Eat Dog<\/em><\/a> –<\/p>\n
