Jump<\/p><\/div>\n<p>In a historical research document released by the Lower Manhattan Development Corp (RENEW- NY)\u00a0\u00a0<em>102-104 Greenwich Street is described as follows:<\/em><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u00a0The five-story brick Italianate building at 102-104 Greenwich Street is similar to the adjacent building at 106 Greenwich Street. It also appears to date to the second half of the 19th century and was originally a store and factory building. It has stone window lintels and sills and a bracketed metal cornice (see Figure 5-18).
